The Federalist Society welcomes Roger Clegg, President and General Counsel for the Center for Equal Opportunity. Mr. Clegg held a number of positions at the U.S. Department of Justice, including Assistant to the Solicitor General and has served as vice president and general counsel of the National Legal Center for the Public Interest. He will be speaking on terrorist profiling. He will discuss how the U.S. Department of Justice has tried to strike a balance between protecting the public as a whole while taking individual privacy rights in consideration and whether he thinks the program is working.Contact :
